As a qualified and experienced Chemist (not Pharmacist), it occurred to me that acetic acid at the correct concentration, would make a good weed killer and I was not wrong. Diluted to 25 percent, and used on garden weeds it was really effective.
It also occurs to me that it will be more environmentally friendly than the complex organic compound
weed killers and being a weak acid, will have a decent buffering capacity with respect to soil pH.
Last but not least, it’s cheaper to use than the branded weed killers.
Been buying this for our business,it was nice and thick,but noticed its like water now, definitely not the same may have been labeled up wrong but it is definitely not thick anymore,& may have to start looking at alternatives from other suppliers
Narrowboat cratch and cockpit tents cleaned and reproofed with this. I soaked the material through rather than spray in as instructed but they do not leak at all and look new again. Will do a light spray as well I think for beading. Definitely use it outside with a face mask away from others with a boiler suit which will need washing. Wished I’d found it sooner as I’ve been using the expensive black and orange stuff from the chandlers which is no where near as good in my opinion.

This is great value and has done a great job. Mixed it 2 parts water to 1 part Sodium Hypoclorite and sprayed it on paving. Within minutes, marks gone and shining like new.
Waterless wash and wax is a fantastic product makes such a good job and leaves the paint work glowing.
